Soil Foodweb Oregon, in conjunction with Sustainable Studies Institute, offers soil biology seminars both nationally and internationally. Dr. Ingham and Soil Foodweb Oregon lab director, Matthew Slaughter, are available for speaking engagements on different aspects of the Soil Foodweb process. Talks cover soil biology basics, plant and ecosystem succession, compost and compost tea techniques and soil management practices. These engaging and informative talks are a great way to educate communities, organizations and businesses on the principles of sustainable soil stewardship.
Sustainable Studies Institute is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting sustainable agricultural practices through research and education in soil biology. SSI offers week long soil workshops and organizes our international outreach for soil education in emerging countries.
